The California Consumer Privacy Act ('CCPA') gives California residents the right to make the following requests:
Homesteaders Life Company will respond to your request with a report of the personal information Homesteaders Life Company has collected about you. This report will be sent to the email address you have provided. We will do our best to respond to you within 45 days. If additional time is needed, we will notify you of that time extension.

This verification email is to ensure your identity before we send the requested information. It is important that you respond to that verification email, otherwise Homesteaders Life Company cannot fulfill your request. If this request is being made by an Authorized Agent, you must provide written permission for the Authorized Agent to submit a request on your behalf. This written authorization must be submitted to Homesteaders along with the request.

Please be aware that making any such request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal or deletion of Personal Information or content you may have posted, and there may be circumstances where the personal information that Homesteaders has collected and maintains is needed to provide you the goods and services you have contracted for (i.e. life insurance policy, annuity) pursuant to Civil Code section 1798.105(d) and section 1798.145.If this request is being made by an Authorized Agent, you must provide written permission for the Authorized Agent to submit a request on your behalf. This written authorization must be submitted to Homesteaders along with the request.
Homesteaders Life Company does not sell personal information of its customers. However, you are welcome to add yourself to the 'Do Not Sell' list we are keeping.
